Originally built in the 1920s as an automotive service station for Dodge, Plymouth and later Studebaker, 1000 Dean Street is a 150,000 sf adaptive reuse commercial building located in the thriving neighborhood of Crown Heights.

After undergoing a complete gut renovation designed by Selldorf Architects and comprised of a reconfigured core, new mechanical systems, and IT infrastructure, the building is now home to a diverse mix of non-profits, creative agencies, production companies and the destination food hall BERG’N. Having purchased the building in June of 2019, LIVWRK looks forward to serving the existing tenant base while simultaneously infusing new life and energy into this special asset.
